We are sad to announce the death of Dr. Franklin D. Walden, Sr. Our beloved Pastor went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2009. He was the Founder of Franklin Walden Ministries and received an angelic visitation with a call to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ when he was twelve years of age. He answered this call some years later and at the time of his death he was in his 52nd year of Ministry. Franklin Walden Ministries will now be continued by the son of Dr. Walden whom we all know as Pastor Franklin Walden, Jr.

Franklin D. Walden, Jr. was born in 1978 to Franklin Sr. and Carolyn K. Walden in Tucker, Dekalb County, GA. He was the youngest of three children, having two older sisters, Newana and Teresa Walden.
